Beachside Bliss! Overall beautiful property located on the beach behind some large shady trees in an awesome location. The property itself has everything you could possibly need and was extremely clean. In a location only 10 or so minutes from Batemans Bay, Mogo Zoo or even Mossy Point. The owners really care that people have a great time and are very caring for any need or questions. We have two young kids and they loved it as well! Miss it already!!

Seasonal Rates

*The minimum stay of two nights is for the weekend only – (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights), with the exception of school holidays.

The minimum stay for a weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights) is three nights.

Special: If you stay four nights or more you will pay the weekday rate only. Not applicable during school or public holidays.

Save on commission when booking through the website. We have a loyalty program in place.

To maintain a high standard for guests, smoking is not permitted and no pets are allowed.

Cleaning/Linen fee $190

When you rent with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on our Rental Agreement.

Breathtaking!!!!

This villa is breathtaking from the time you first walk in. Magnificent views. Great location. Everything you need, Netflix, Wi-Fi. Beautiful bottle of wine on arrival. Jenny was very helpful with any questions I had. Thank you again Jenny will love to visit again. Highly recommend this property you really feel you have had a great relaxing holiday.

Everything You Need - Perfect Stay

Although our GPS took us to No. 9 (just the way it’s in the address 9/2c) A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom home, super comfortable beds. Lux and comfort on the lounge with a big screen TV, great views of the beach, and although it rained all weekend, the home had everything we needed, thank you Jenny great job. xxx
